All this is possible. And more…

18 Years + Teaching Voice Work

My approach to Voicework combines vocalising & breathwork, movement, elemental practices, & journey work.

Each session is designed to release, transform and empower you.

Why do we avoid expressing sound?

Traditional talk therapy, somatic bodywork and breathwork are commonly used modalities to help people move through issues.

Meditation, yoga and movement are often used to help people manage and transform their internal state.

But most people (unless you are a singer / musician) avoid making any sound. Why is that?

We are often so disconnected from our internal truth or controlled by negative thoughts, that the thought of speaking out and making sound scares us.

We don’t know our voice. We don’t know what secrets are hidden there. We are even more afraid of what consequences might come if we dare to express ourselves

The Alchemy of Voice Work

When we become familiar with our voice and the sounds our body wants to make, we automatically become connected with a deeper sense of ourselves. Cultural conditioning, as well as childhood and ancestral trauma can be blocking our true voices. Through voice work, you can be supported to release, integrate, and bring healing to the parts of you that feel trapped or silenced.

Common Themes

Most people who work with me have already begun their journeys of self reflection and transformation and are now ready to work with their embodied voice and sound, to deepen their healing and increase the creative and generative impact they have in the world.

“I feel more emboldened, more in my power…

I just wanted to say a big thank you. I feel more emboldened, more in my power, able to speak what is true for me more easily. I have already had some important conversations which would have been very challenging for me in the past and am making some big decisions. I also feel more clear as to my offer/contribution to the world over this coming period of my life.”

Hello dear visitor,

Thank you so much for your interest in my work.

At the moment I’m not taking bookings for new client calls.

I’m taking time to grieve the recent death of my father and give space to the death and rebirth that this has initiated in me.

If you’d like me to put you on my wait list, please email me and I will be in touch with you when I open my diary for discovery calls again.
